Ry-O-Line tank linings are formed from tough, flexible PVC sheets especially formulated to resist corrosion from a wide range of chemicals. Bonded with a special adhesive and heat-welded with sealing strips, Ry-O-Line forms a continuous tank wall that resists wear and rupture. Extruded thermoplastic construction makes system maintenance repair simple and economical-on steel, wood, or concrete. Simply cut, replace, and reweld. Especially resistant to oxidizing acids, Ry-O-Line can be used at temperatures up to 160°F in most cases-or at higher temperatures if protected by one or more courses of acid-resisting brick. Available in three thicknesses and in 36" or 48" widths to give you fewer seams, less welding. Tensile strength: 3000 psi minimum. Tear resistance: 350 lbs. per inch minimum. Elongation: 250% minimum. Hardness: 90 ±5 Shore A. Application requires qualified, professional installation.
