JTR 726 - Die Cutting Stock

"JTR 726" is used for the die cutting stock which is the counter plate portion of a die assembly used to emboss or crease cardboard containers.
JTR 726 is a laminated phenolic material that is manufactured using a combination of a paper based core and a woven glass fabric on both sides. This thermoset material has a smooth, glossy, resin-rich surface on both sides that machines or routes to a very fine finish.
JTR 726 laminated counter material has the shatterproof strength necessary to withstand the routing of creasing channels and the necessary hardness to give long counter-die life as well as superior creasing quality, uniformity and sharpness of score.
